If you are reading this, you know what you are looking at. Here is the straight scoop: IST were the inventors of this old school fin mold used by the military from its inception. ScubaPro bought the rights to use the mold and it is pressed by Noel Brown of Seadive fame in Paramount, California. These all rubber fins are heavy at 5-7 lbs and have the old skool pins of 20-30 years ago. They are easily transmogrified into a beach diving fin with spring straps.
