When purchasing, these coats it is best to contact me for a pay pal invoice. All prices are in Canadian dollars. (diverdown@kirkscubagear.com) You will need to include in the e-mail, the type of coat, colour and the size according to the charts below. Please measure your dog accurately and determine the size of the coat. Shipping is $17.00 for every Canadian order delivery (trackable) (1-6 business days). Shipping cost to the U.S. is $22.00 (not traceable) (8 business days). U.S shipping expediated service is $27.00 (4-5 business days). International shipping is $30.00 (non traceable and 14 business days)
GUARANTEE
Chilly Dogs Inc. fully guarantees all of our products against defects in construction and materials for a period of 90 days. Damage due to normal wear and tear, or chewing is not guaranteed. All refunds must be made from the original point of purchase :: kirkscubagear
The customer is responsible to pay the return shipping for the item they are sending back.
To ensure you have purchased an authentic Chilly Dogs™ coat, look for our reflective 3M™ logo affixed directly on all our coats or our logo directly embroidered on our fleece Sweaters and Soakers. We do not allow retailers to label our coats with their company name or logo so if the coat does not have a Chilly Dogs™ logo on it then the garment is not a real Chilly Dogs™ garment.

I will issue a full refund within 90 days of purchase on merchandise that is new, clean and in a resalable condition. MEASURING STEPS

Use a soft tape measure or wide rope to take the measurements, not a hard straight ruler.

Your dog must be standing straight with head up. If your dog is laying down or sitting his/her back dimension will be longer than the actual back length.

Measure from the base of the neck (just in front of the shoulder blades) to the base of tail.

The coat length should be the same or longer by 1 to 2 inches as your dog's back length.
Back Length
Start at the base of the neck just in front of the shoulder blades, not from the collar, and go to the base of the tail.
Chest Girth
Circumference of chest at thickest point.
Chest Width
Horizontal distance across chest.
Neck Girth
Circumference of base of neck.
CHOOSE COAT

Choose the coat size based on your dog's back length, chest girth and breed. (for example - If your dog has a back length of 25" and is a Doberman, then order the All Breed L-27" coat or All Breed Large Sweater. If your male Greyhound has a back length of 30" then order the Long & Lean L-31" coat or the L&L Large Sweater).

If you are deciding between two sizes, choose the smaller one, our coats fit on the large side.

Don't choose a size that is several inches longer than your dogs back length. This will not give them more coverage.
