Where do the products come from?
kirkscubagear's products are shipped from the United States from many different suppliers. Some products such as the Chawel towel ship from Canada. A couple of new products will be shipped from Europe.

kirkscubagear ships all over the world.
Do you stock products?
No, kirkscubagear is an online, e-commerce business. Without the upkeep and expenses of running a store front, I can keep my prices lower.
How do I pay?
PAYPAL is the only form of payment that kirkscubagear accepts. I do not process credit cards except through PAYPAL. I will accept e-checks and personal cheques. These must clear the bank before your order is processed. Credit card fraudulent activity is ongoing, all over the world, and kirkscubagear uses PAYPAL for the protection of the customer and this business.
How long does it take to get my purchase?
On the average, usually two weeks maximum. If your product is not back-ordered from my supplier, most products ship out within 48 hours. If back-ordered you will be notified via e-mail.
How are products shipped?
USPS is the first choice for Canadian products or overseas shipments. This method of shipping eliminates costly brokerage/duty. UPS shipping is used for US orders. However, box numbers in the US are shipped via USPS.
Can I track my package?
With UPS, your parcel can be tracked all the way. With USPS, you receive a Canadian Customs number. Once your package arrives in Canada (or your country) it can be tracked through your postal service.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of your product. With the check-out set-up on this site, shipping is based upon one zip code only in the States. When you check-out, (especially with smaller items and less weight) the cost may appear to be high. If you believe the cost is high, please e-mail me at diverdown@kirkscubagear.com for a check on the shipping cost. kirkscubagear pays my suppliers the shipping cost amount quoted by them when your order is processed. Some products have a standard shipping cost. For those products, special check-out codes are listed that will provide for a cheaper shipping rate.
Warranty
All products are backed and supported by a manufacturer's warranty, from my suppliers. Often this warranty is listed with the product.
I notice that some products click to another company.
Yes, some of the products you may purchase link to another company. These are called affliates and kirkscubagear carries their products. When you click over to that site, you will complete your purchase with them. Issues with any of these products will be dealt with by that supplier. These affliates help kirkscubagear offer more product selection.

If there is a specific product that you are looking for, but have not found on my site, please contact me and give me the opportunity to exceed your expectations in customer service. You are never billed for a product until I have 100% confirmation that I get you what you want.
If I buy from you, will I have to take my products to a dive shop for assembly?
No, all products are assembled and tested before they are shipped to the customer.
My local dive shop says that kirkscubagear will put them out of business
No, not necessarily so. kirkscubagear is simply an alternative shopping method for you. I personally use a dive shop, and recommend a local dive shop for certain customers needs. If your local Dive Shop is properly servicing you and your equipment needs, then you would have no reason to look elsewhere. All I ask is that you give me a chance to prove myself and the rest will be up to you.
Will you price match?
If you find a lower advertised price of the same product that kirkscubagear carries, from a competitor's site and they are an authorized dealer, and it is not advertised as a "special sale" "sale" close-out sale" or "going out of business sale" kirkscubagear will match that price!!!
