Online shopping with kirkscubagear also saves you money. The one drawback of online shopping is the waiting for your order, which can take up to two weeks. On occasion, the product is temporarily “out of stock” or back-ordered from the manufacturer.  If you cannot wait, you will receive a refund.
 
Kirkscubagear’s online business does not stock products, but orders are filled quickly.

 HOW TO ORDER:
 
Complete the check-out for Scuba Max products. Any product with a check out button can be processed and "checked-out' through the site.   All other products require a Pay Pal invoice from kirkscubagear. They include Oceanic, Mares,  Zeagle, TillyTek Lights, Dive Rite, Tilos, X-Cel and Microbial mouthpiece.  Any product(s) can be invoiced through Pay Pal for your convenience. Special sales promotions will be explained.  No C.O.D accepted.  Cheques/e-cheques will be accepted, however the cheque must clear before the order is processed.  This will slow up your order.
 
For United States customers there is ground shipping via UPS and Fed Ex while USPS or FedEx are used for Canadian customers. All taxes/duty (if applies) are the responsibility of customers.

RETURN POLICIES!!!!
 
Returns will be accepted under two (2) conditions. (1) If the product is defective or  (2) the wrong item was shipped (and the mistake was made by my distributors), the customer will not be charged for return shipping costs. (refund purchase price + shipping)  I encourage customers to pay close attention to fitting charts to avoid returns for reason of fit. But if an item must be returned because it does not fit properly (or you are unhappy with your purchase), it must be returned to me, Kathy @ kirkscubagear. (refund purchase price only) Email me at diverdown@kirkscubagear.comfor details on the returning of goods.   If the product is returned for any other reason than stated in the above paragraph, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
